Frequently asked questions

  • If you have admired the work of one of these artists but haven’t seen quite the right piece for you, please do talk to me about a commission.  Many of my artists will accept commissions to create a bespoke artwork and I will be happy to guide you through the process.   • I want you to feel completely confident in your choice of artwork.  Buying art is a personal decision and I can often arrange for you to try out a piece in your own home before committing. Please get in touch to learn more about this service.

  • I do not offer refunds on art that you have purchased after viewing at an in-person exhibition or event where you have subsequently changed your mind, although I am happy to offer an exchange or credit note.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • If you buy art via the website, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.  The artwork must be returned in its original condition, with the same or equivalent packaging and using a comparable delivery method.  Return shipping costs are your responsibility.  If you wish to return a purchase, please contact me before sending so that I am aware and can help ensure the process runs smoothly.  Refunds will be processed once the artwork has been received and inspected.

  • I really want to provide all my clients with a good experience.  If you have any questions about the location of my exhibitions or events, please get in touch. I will be happy to provide directions and talk to you about any accessibility restrictions prior to your planned visit.
